Saylo AI Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and Saylo AI for the use of saylo.org and the companion chat service offered there. Please read them before creating an account.

The full agreement

1. AcceptanceBy opening an account or using Saylo AI in any way, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the service.
2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence.
3. Description of the serviceSaylo AI provides fictional companion characters for conversation, entertainment and companionship.
4. Fictional charactersEvery companion on Saylo AI is fictional. Names, images and biographies do not represent real individuals.
5. Not professional adviceSaylo AI is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and must not be relied on as such.
6. EmergenciesThe service is not a crisis line. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number immediately.
7. Account registrationYou agree to provide accurate details and to keep your account information up to date.
8. Account securityYou are responsible for your password and for all activity that happens under your account.
9. One account per personAccounts are personal. You may not share, sell, transfer or let others use your Saylo AI account.
10. Acceptable useYou agree not to use Saylo AI for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive or harmful to others.
11. Prohibited contentContent involving minors, non-consenting persons, real identifiable individuals, violence or illegal activity is strictly forbidden.
12. No automated accessScraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering and automated interaction with the service are not permitted.
13. No interferenceYou may not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of Saylo AI or its infrastructure.
14. Your contentYou keep ownership of the messages you write, and you grant Saylo AI a limited licence to process them in order to run the service.
15. Our contentThe Saylo AI name, design, text, images and software are protected and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
16. Generated outputReplies and images produced during your sessions are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
17. FeedbackSuggestions you send us may be used freely to improve Saylo AI without obligation or payment.
18. Free and paid plansSome features are free while others require a paid subscription described at the point of purchase.
19. BillingSubscriptions are charged in advance at the price and interval shown when you subscribe.
20. Automatic renewalPlans renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.
21. CancellationYou can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
22. RefundsExcept where local law requires otherwise, payments for periods already started are non-refundable.
23. Price changesWe may adjust prices for future periods and will give reasonable notice before a change takes effect.
24. TaxesPrices may exclude taxes, which are added where applicable in your jurisdiction.
25. ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in suspension of your account.
26. AvailabilityWe aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
27. Changes to the serviceFeatures may be added, changed or withdrawn as Saylo AI evolves.
28. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users.
29. Termination by youYou may close your Saylo AI account at any time from your settings.
30. PrivacyOur handling of personal information is described in the Saylo AI Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
31. Third-party servicesPayments and certain infrastructure are provided by third parties operating under their own terms.
32. Disclaimer of warrantiesThe service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
33. Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent allowed by law, Saylo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
34. IndemnityYou agree to indemnify Saylo AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
35. Force majeureNeither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
36. AssignmentYou may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a corporate reorganisation or sale.
37. SeverabilityIf a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
38. Entire agreementThese terms and the Privacy Policy make up the whole agreement between you and Saylo AI.
39. Governing law and disputesDisputes are handled first through good-faith contact with support, and otherwise under the laws applicable to the operator of Saylo AI.
40. Changes to these termsWe may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use after an update means acceptance.
